A sale worth
doing properly.
Selling a home changes more than your address. We bring clear thinking, carefully prepared marketing and direct communication to your next move — with an estate agency fee you can understand from day one.
The right buyer.
The right details.
No disappearing act.
A great sales service is not simply a listing on a portal. It is the preparation before your home goes live, the quality of the conversations with buyers, and the follow-through after an offer is accepted. We explain our plan, keep you informed and help you understand what happens next.
Know what your sale will cost.
Sole-agency commission on the final selling price, subject to our minimum commission of £2,000 + VAT.
Our sales valuation is free. For a £240,000 sale, the commission is £2,400 + £480 VAT = £2,880 including VAT. Separate costs such as conveyancing or an EPC are not included. The written agency agreement sets out what is included and when fees become payable.

How much does Atlantic Keys charge for sales?
Our proposed standard sole-agency commission is 1% + VAT of the final selling price, with a minimum of £2,000 + VAT. On a £240,000 sale, the total would be £2,880 including VAT.
Is the valuation free?
Yes. We offer a free, no-obligation sales valuation and will explain the suggested asking price and marketing approach.
When would I pay the sales commission?
Our proposed standard service is completion-based. Your written agency agreement will confirm the precise circumstances in which commission and any other agreed charges become payable.
What if my property currently has tenants?
We can discuss an investment-property sale and consider the relevant tenancy information with you. If advice is needed on tenancy rights, possession or legal matters, your solicitor should advise on those points.
Can I change from my current estate agent?
Potentially, but check your existing agreement before instructing a second agent. Notice periods and continuing fee liabilities may apply. We can explain what information we need to review before accepting an instruction.
Where do you cover?
Our primary area is Plymouth and the surrounding area. Send us your postcode and we will confirm whether we can help.
Shall we see what
your property
could achieve?
Tell us about your home, investment property or the move you are considering. We will arrange a free valuation and talk through a practical plan.
