How much does Atlantic Keys charge for HMO management?
Our standard Fully Managed HMO fee is 12% + VAT of the rental income achieved. A one-off setup fee of £300 + VAT applies to new HMO management instructions.
Do you offer tenant-find-only services for HMOs?
HMO properties are offered on a Fully Managed basis only. This allows us to provide consistent management across the tenants, property, maintenance and compliance requirements.
Do you manage individual room changeovers?
Yes. Our HMO service includes individual room marketing, applicant management, referencing, tenancy administration and room changeovers.
Do you help with HMO compliance?
Yes. We provide ongoing compliance support and can coordinate matters such as gas safety, electrical inspections, fire alarm servicing, emergency lighting and other property requirements.
Do you add a percentage to maintenance invoices?
No. Atlantic Keys does not add a percentage mark-up to contractor invoices.
Can you take over an HMO from another letting agent?
Yes. We can discuss the existing management arrangement, current tenants and documentation and help coordinate the transfer of management.
