Atlantic Keys Ltd is proud to have entered into a formal partnership with Path Devon, a Plymouth-based charity supporting people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
Property is about more than buildings.
Housing sits at the heart of what we do at Atlantic Keys. As a local estate and letting agency, we believe our role in the property sector also gives us an opportunity to support people within our community who do not currently have the security of somewhere safe to call home.
That is why we are proud to support Path Devon, a Plymouth-based charity working with people experiencing homelessness and those who are at risk of losing their home.
Meeting Edward and planning how we can help
It was great to welcome Edward from Path Devon to the Atlantic Keys office and spend time discussing the work the charity carries out across Plymouth.
Our conversation was not simply about making a financial contribution. We also discussed how Atlantic Keys can contribute some of our own time, skills and resources to support Path Devon and the people they work with.
We want this partnership to develop into a genuine, long-term working relationship rather than a one-off donation.

Quarterly Profit Donation
Atlantic Keys Ltd will donate 10% of our profits to Path Devon every three months, providing ongoing financial support as our business grows.
Giving Our Time & Skills
Our support is not limited to money. We also intend to contribute some of our time, experience, skills and resources wherever we can make a practical difference.
Supporting Plymouth
Path Devon is based in Plymouth and supports people within the same community where our landlords, tenants, homeowners, buyers, contractors and team live and work.

This is not a one-off fundraising campaign. Path Devon will receive a proportion of Atlantic Keys’ profits every quarter. As our business grows, we want the positive contribution we make to Plymouth to grow alongside it.

Supporting Path Devon gives us an opportunity to use our position within Plymouth’s property sector to contribute to an issue that is directly connected to the work we do every day.
Help us make an even bigger difference
We are inviting Atlantic Keys landlords who would like to join us in supporting Path Devon to make a completely voluntary contribution of just £5 per month.
For properties we manage, and where we have your express written authority, Atlantic Keys can deduct the £5 contribution from rental monies otherwise payable to you.
The contribution will be shown separately on your landlord statement, giving you a clear record of each payment.
Participation is entirely optional. Choosing not to contribute will have no effect on the service you receive from Atlantic Keys, and you can withdraw your authority for future deductions at any time in writing.

Contributions are voluntary charitable donations. Tax treatment depends on individual circumstances. Atlantic Keys Ltd does not provide tax advice; please speak to your accountant or HMRC where appropriate.
