Our Tenant Find service is designed for landlords who are comfortable managing their own property but want Atlantic Keys to professionally market the property, carry out viewings, reference applicants and set up the tenancy.
Professional Tenant Finding Without Ongoing Management
Finding the right tenant involves much more than placing an advert. Atlantic Keys handles the marketing, enquiries, viewings, applicant checks and tenancy setup for you.
Once the tenant has moved in and the agreed setup process is complete, the ongoing tenancy is handed back to you to manage directly.
Simple Tenant Find Pricing
Our fee is based on the monthly rent achieved for the property.
There is no separate setup charge for the Tenant Find service. The tenancy setup and move-in administration are included within the Tenant Find fee.
If you decide you would prefer Atlantic Keys to manage the tenancy after move-in, ask us about our Fully Managed Residential service.

Once the tenant has been found, referenced and moved into the property, the tenancy is handed back to you as the landlord for ongoing management.

Tenant Find FAQs
How much does Tenant Find cost?
Our standard Tenant Find fee is 50% of one month’s rent + VAT, subject to a minimum fee of £500 + VAT.
Is there an additional setup fee?
No. Setup is included within the Tenant Find fee.
Do you carry out tenant referencing?
Yes. Our Tenant Find service includes comprehensive applicant referencing, including affordability, employment, credit, previous landlord and Right to Rent checks where applicable.
Do you manage the tenancy after the tenant moves in?
No. Under Tenant Find, the ongoing tenancy is handed back to the landlord following move-in. If you want Atlantic Keys to continue managing the tenancy, our Fully Managed Residential service may be more suitable.
Can you take professional photographs and advertise the property?
Yes. Professional marketing is included, along with property portal advertising and other appropriate marketing channels.
Can I switch to Fully Managed later?
Yes. Speak to Atlantic Keys if you decide you would prefer ongoing property and tenancy management.
